We’d like to say a huge ‘thank you’ to all of our patients who took the time and trouble to complete our patient experience survey in August.
We’re delighted to have found that the overwhelming majority of our patients responded to say that they were extremely happy with the standards of clinical care, customer service and overall experience they have at Core Clinics ????.

We are also incredibly grateful to those patients who took the time to give us suggestions or feedback about areas where we could improve further; and to the very small number of people for whom, in spite of our very best efforts, we didn’t get things right. We promise we will consider all of your feedback and use it to keep improving the quality of care and customer service we deliver.
