If you are suffering with knee pain we’d suggest that you book an initial consultation with Jack, one of our sports therapists or our physiotherapist, Neil, both of whom specialise in knee problems.
They are both highly trained and experienced to conduct an assessment and, if there are no significant underlying issues, they’re likely to be able to treat you and to achieve a significant improvement within a matter of weeks using manual therapies and exercise.
If your initial assessment indicates that your knee pain has a more complex underlying cause, or is closely related to problems with your feet, your therapist may consult with our Clinical Director or recommend that you see our podiatrist, Stuart Brown.
If your main problem is your feet – either in terms of foot pain or movement problems, or foot-health problems – we’d recommend you book an initial assessment with our podiatrist, Stuart Brown. Stuart specialises in all aspects of foot and lower limb health including plantar fasciitis and musculoskeletal problems.

The Story of Pete and his hips, knees (and feet!)
Knee and hip pain can be debilitating and, if they become chronic, often lead to surgery. We often see patients who are hoping to delay or avoid knee or hip surgery or, unfortunately, people who have had surgery in one area and then go on to develop problems in other areas.
It’s particularly common for people who have had hip replacement surgery to then go on to develop knee pain.
All too often surgical procedures are undertaken without fully considering or addressing the underlying biomechanical issues that have caused or contributed to the problem. Pain or movement problems in the lower limbs and lower back are often connected to biomechanical issues in the FEET and ANKLES.
Our podiatrist and biomechanics expert Stuart Brown and movement coach Dave Brown specialise in helping patients with pain and problems in the lower limbs.
If you or someone you know suffers from knee pain, hip pain (or foot pain!) get in touch to see if we can help.
