Dear patients,
For your safety, and that of your families and our staff, based on our daily risk assessment I have decided that my team and I will with immediate effect not be doing any face-to-face consults or treatments for at least the next month. We will be in touch with all our patients on how we will continue their care via video consultations and interactive online sessions starting tomorrow morning and operate a normal working week.
We have been invited by NHS and private consultants and care providers to support them and their departments and will take this challenge on too. With a multidisciplinary team of 29 we are going to be perfectly positioned to help deliver this care and relish the opportunity to help you and them.
My team will be challenged, but these are exceptional circumstances and thanks to the highest possible standards of safeguarding and infection control we have implemented we are fortunate to not have had any cases in our team or amongst our patients to date. We want to keep it that way and certainly not add to the rapidly escalating situation.

We would like to assure our patients and team that we have a full contingency plan for this eventuality in place which we are now implementing. We will communicate with you all about this in the coming days.
